The carbon fiber liquid distributor is fabricated with high-performance carbon fiber panels as raw materials, through proprietary design, precision machining and final modular splicing and assembly. As a critical core liquid distribution component inside rectification columns, it is mainly used for evenly distributing liquid materials within the tower, effectively optimizing the internal flow field and improving the overall separation and purification performance of rectification towers. Especially when matched with silicon carbide packing, it enables the construction of an all-carbon corrosion-resistant internal tower system.
